anybody get a second kay card without asking? i did...

I got the kay/JBR/Jared cards about a year ago. I just got a kay card in the mail with the whole "welcome to kay" message etc.  It is a different account number than my other Kay card. 

 

On my credit report, I show Kay twice with two different account numbers, and Jared is there with an account number that is the same as one of my kay cards.  JBR isn't on my report at all?  did JBR close, or merge?  any idea if I could merge these two different account numbers to double my balance?  why doesn't JBR show up?

 

anybody else have the same thing happen?
