Im working on ways to lower my util. Obviously im paying as much as I can and the only card I carry much of a balance on is kays from when I bought my fiances ring. Has anyone had success with a CLI with them? I just got one from WM and was wanting to try with Kays, but not if its a HP.

What do you think?

If you call them on the phone and ask, they'll tell you to go into the store and apply.

If you do nothing, they'll give you a CLI annually.

(...or at least they do for DW and I...)
