anyone under 21 with NFCU

Anyone in here under 21 that has a cc from NFCU? My brother is 19 and is looking to get his own cc. He doesnt have any cc of his own but its AU on my amex gold PR (for 2 months) and BofA visa (1 month). I was thinking of making him join NFCU and apply for a cc but wanna know if theres anyone in here in that age and has a cc with them.

Sometimes for people under 21 banks will require income verification. Does he have a steady job? Who does he bank with?
