ok so i only had my bofa platinum plus 1 month and i get a call today from bofa saying i have been chosen to convert my platinum plus to a 123 rewards card with 0% bt and perchase for 12 months now is this a good cash rewards card or should i have kept my regular card thanks just curiouse is all and why so soon do they want me to convert
srry main reason for this post is because i need to know if anyone else has done a convert and got a hard pull or soft pull just to change there card please help im looking to buy my first home soon they said there would be no pull but from the looks of it maybe they will i hope not
In the past three years I have converted from a Platinum to the 123, then recently to the Travel Rewards card. No HP for any of those conversions.
ok cool thanks for the info im just kinda worried because its bad enough i have to wait for 6 maybe 12 months for my 4 new accounts to age so wish i hadnt got the amazon and barclays but ck told me that it was no chance for discover it or bank of america and also said my score was 620 but my fico was 668 and vantage 693 no inq since 2011 so i only went for amazon and barclay but any who thanks
Product conversions like this are usually easy and don't make a hit on your credit report (unless you want a CL like I did when I went to the BofA Cash Rewards card).
i noticed they run tu for cli and ex for approval and they did ex and eq for my approval and tu for my cli last month but i was told in the letter and by rep to give it a few months for my account s to age because they saw i just open barclays and amazon the month b4 i said ok
