before apping for British Airways card

Hello I'm going to apply for the british airways card by chase. Here's a couple questions and thanks for all the help in advance:

1, My current utilization with Chase is around 60% but overall is like 10-20%. Do I have to lower my utilization with Chase?

2, I have six inquries on my current Experian report (which they pull in my area) and four of them is past six months but within a year. Would that be too much considering I current have around 20 credit accounts total (including loans, cards, etc)?

Id lower utiization, period before applying...

I will say this however. When I got my Marriott approval, my CSP was reporting 68% of CL used. ($3,400/$5,000)
