8% on my Barclaycard Ring.

Lowest on a rewards card is my Sallie Mae at 13.99%.

The remainder of my cards are currently between 17.99% (AMEX BCE and Citi), and 19.99% (BoA Cash Rewards).

My Discover and BoA Better Balance are at 18.99%

Unfortunately, my Blue Sky is at 22.24%, but that card has high APRs in general.

I plan to ask for APR reductions on all of my cards in the not too distant future.

Since this has been pushed back up to the top, I've gotten more APR reductions. Here's where I stand now:

8% on Barclaycard Ring.

11.99% on BoA BBR

12.99% on BoA Cash Rewards

13.99% on Sallie Mae

14.24% on Citi DoubleCash.

14.99% on AMEX BCE

17.24% on Discover (Boo!)

22.24% on AMEX Blue Sky (Double Boo!)

Re: best non intro rate you have on a card

Some of my low-APR cards that are still open, in order from lowest to highest:

(1) FNBO Amex:  6.25% V

(2) Barclay Ring:  8.00% V
(3) Citi TY Preferred:  9.24% V

(4) BoA Platinum Plus:  9.24% V

(5) BoA Cash Rewards:  9.99% F (* also my personal favorite open card b/c of the fixed rate, and my normal go-to card)

(6) Discover More:  9.99% V

FWIW, I also have some closed cards with nice rates that I am still paying balances on, but unfortunately which I cannot put new purchases on since they are closed:

(1) Citi DP:  5.74% V

(2) Citi TY Rewards: 5.99% F
