I made the mistake of filling out the app for bill me later when I was doing a paypal payment, I was under the assumption I could cancel out of it before I made the purchase. I was more interested in filling out the application then I was to actually use it. I checked my CR and I have a INQ from them, I didn't think I would be hit with a INQ unless I made the purchase. Not cool, I haven't had an inquiry in over a year and am almost done with paying off all credit cards and closing all except for the two oldest ones.
