bill pay vs online payments?

My chase card only lets me submit payments every 3 days, I get reimbursed for work expenses through wells fargo and my normal payment account is through my credit union.

If I schedule a payment to my credit union, could I schedule a bill pay payment on the same day through my wells fargo account? I would prefer to have a statement credit rather vs a balance when my work expenses post.
