I am trying to convert my bofa platinum plus to cash reward.
However, I am not getting clear answers from bofa as they
are leaving some ambiguity.
If any one has done conversion with bofa lately,

do they hard pull for conversion?
if I get the conversion, will I retain my payment history and its original open date?

I converted (PCd) from Power Rewards to Cash Rewards 1-2-3 card. They took forever to get it all sent out (like 3 weeks). When I did my PC there was no hard pull. I retained the same account information and history, but the account number did change. Hope this helps. This was over a year ago.

I am trying to pc my rewards to cash rewards. I will call in tomorrow to see what I can do.

Same here. I PC'd from plain jane plat. plus to Amex Acc rewards, also took FOREVER to get card. Slow process but no HP.

I changed from Plat +  to 123 Cash Rewards, they don't pull nothing for conversion or it is a soft one. However it did take them ~50 days to get me the new card....
