Off topic but did you ever find out if you could add their 1-2-3 rewards to your partially secured card like the rest of us fully secured card consumers were able to do?

I didn't have to upgrade mine, the sent me the 1-2-3 Cash Rewards card from the beginning.

I'm starting to wonder if it is a uniqe "special offer" because I, too, have the same offer available. Maybe its just a card they are trying to push?

I keep getting the 123 cash rewards thingy they want me to upgrade it says from my current BofA card but I really don't want the hard pull.
