can I get a chase ink if i'm a landlord?

I own two rental properties and want the chase ink plus for the sign up bonus. Anyone had any luck claiming landlord as business with chase?

From what I've read you can apply for ANY business card and put your business title down as "Sole Proprietor." so technically you can apply for it no matter what. You shouldn't have any issue AFAIK.

If you are not approved instantly and have to ring in you will have to answer some questions. You may also be told that they like two years of the business being around before they approve you but that is not written in stone.

Anyone can apply for a business card, but you should be prepared to answer questions like: last year's revenue/sales, projected revenue/sales, what you do, possibly a business plan, and other business related questions..
