My question really is do you identify your account somehow like providing the last four digits etc or just leave your name and number?

The few times I've contacted them through e-mail I just stated what I needed.  If you have your e-mail on file with them, they will find your account(s).

As previous poster said, just include your request and phone #.

Regardless of what your request is, before they do anything they will want to speak with you on the telephone.

2 times I spoke with them. Each time I sent a message on Facebook requesting someone from EO to reach out to me. 3 days later I got a call back from the EO.

well i sent the email in. Trying to get a cli and/or af waived. Card has been in sd but just threw a $400 charge on there so we will see.
