Huge thank to this thread and similar ones.

I wrote a nice detailed email to the corporate email address on Friday and received a call on Monday.  The lady asked employment status, salary, etc and told me to expect to hear back from someone within 3-4 days.  Finger crossed.

What is the average wait time on them contacting us? I sent and email two days ago and have not received an email or call from Capital One. How long should I wait before emailing them again?

they called me monday and they said couple days and never heard anything again

it takes a little time so bear with them. I emailed last thursday got a call monday, was told 3-4 days for a response, CLI showed up thursday night in account and just received a call from E.O. confirming the changes to my accounts (friday)......both doubled

Well I still have not received another call since Monday.

...but I just logged into my account and both of them have been at 500 dollars for almost 2 years and now they are both at $1000 each.  Very nice as this is my first credit card now with a 4 digit limit.
