capital one quicksilver card reorder?

I ordered a custom image for my card, but the feel of the card feels even cheaper than the original one they sent me. If I want to replace my card, how can i request to have the original quicksilver card they first sent to me instead of the custom image one?

If it doesn't give you the option online, call the CS number and have them revert it back to the original design. They can do that for you. Hope this helps
