I check out capital one's prequal online from time to time but haven't app'd because I've been denied by the them before. My credit score with EQ is 634 and TU 651. I look today and see that a new question I haven't seen before asks - would you been interested in a secured offer with guaranteed approval? Does anyone have a secured card with capital one or applied using the online prequal and been offered one?

I see that option on pre qual on cap one.
FICO's are EQ:671 and TU :673.May be, they offer secured cards for folks who don't qualify for any of their sub prime cards.
