i would prob get approved but i dont want a hp for something w. such limited use, it looks as though i can be added to a family members account as an AU, just curious has anyone ever had any luck getting their online chat? i have tried at least 5x today and every time it says nope we are too busy if you are seeing this try back later or call, im dreading the hold time if i call if online chat is so backed up

I don't know about online chat but you have to call for adding AU I believe... I think the online option to do it is turned off but I can't remember it's changed a couple of times.
yea in their faq section it says you can add AU's via online chat, but it just doesn't seem to be working i will have to call tonight or tomorrow prob. the site is pretty basic and lack luster so im not suprised
searched for user in their faq section and it came back with this.
