so my only thing hurting right now is UTL from my macbook buy... but making it out then closing once its paid will that hurt?

I think you will be ok, I had my util up to 85% and nothing happened with Chase Freedom

but my BBY store card is maxed out right now because of the buy. but like i said my UTL is already down to 36% or so will be even lower next month below 20% if i have my numbers right

You'll be fine as long as you don't have the UT% high for a sustained amount of time.  Utilization has no memory, its a snapshot in time, so if you pay it down to 20% next month, no one will have any idea you were at 50% this month.
