Has anyone ever heard of them ? they are the bank for cato (womens clothing store) credit card? are they easy to get, hard to get? how's the card, etc for those of you who have it?

Looks like they are owned by Cato Fashions. They have no website of their own. They have one branch and very few deposits. I would be very wary. This outfit has no base. Stick with a regular CC.

Sound like first class BB's to me. All that for a lousy store card with a store card APR? Sure.
I've had a cato card for several years. (14 years to be exact) It seems to be pretty good to me. They don't have any online access as far as accessing your account via the internet. Everytime I call customer service they seem to be very helpful. I don't use it all of the time.
