chase app recon approved plus cli

Called the recon number for Chase and got my Freedom approved with a 1k cl and 22.99 apr.  Wasn't happy so i wasted an HP to see if i could get a cli and was declined.  Called back 3rd time even more irritated, explained my clean report to the rep and got my cl to 1,800.
