This is also true of Citi, they don't like inquiries at all.

Agreed....Citi is inquiry sensitive, regardless of any history you may have had with them. Chase will often overlook inquiries if you have an excellent history with them.

As far as banks go, I personally prefer Chase and Discover over Citi.

yea i agree with you both if you have more then 2 then all of a sudden its like they have a mood swing.
