I apped for a chase slate long story short denied called for recon got approved for 1000 but wanted sum information. Started to ask all bout my address. Told me wanted to fax over proof of sumthing but wouldnt tell me what said wait for a letter. Has this ever happened to anyone after approval on recon?

I applied yesterday for the Marriott visa and was denied cause of too many new accounts call the recon number and they ask for the same proof of address but told me to wait for the letter, call the app status and says further review hope its approved also

When I applied for my freedom day I had to send in my address verification. Once they got it I was instantly approved. Hope this provides some relief.

I was recommended for approval for the Chase Freedom after being denied. I had to fax in my SS# and something that proved my address so I faxed in a insurance card. After a long time of calling repeatedly to check the status, I was approved for $1000. I will start using it after I close on the house in a week.
