chase slate BT to Bank of America checking account

Discover rep said you cannot BT into checking, and as of when I asked, they didn't issue checks.

Slate gives you checks and allows BT into checking. I believe they do this after your 60 days 0% BT fee passes though.

Wow, really? I never would have thought to try to BT to checking. Does the online process give you an option? Do you have to call? I've only done BT with Discover and my CU or with checks. I haven't gotten checks in a long while, maybe that's why?
