citi card vs citi flex line

Does citi use the same approval criteria for both citi card and citi flexline? I am denied get citi card due to a paid collection. Is is possible to get the citi flex line or is it safe not to apply for it.

Does citi flex line does it report as CFL or as an installment loan?

Neither.  It reports as revolving, but doesn't report the CL.  It is, after all, a revolving LOC.

Hi Cheddar, what about qualifying for the flexline. Does citi has the same requirements as their credit cards? If that is the case, I'll stay away from it for next few months. I dont want to have another hard on my CR.
