citi put me on hold

I'm me on hold after apping for a forward card. I'm nervous cause when I called they told me they would get back to me in a within a week. I had a card go bad with them years ago, not on my report. I have a fico of 690 eq and 749 tu, BoA Signature 18000.00 Discover 12000.00 a Buisness Gold Amex that doesn't report. I apped cause a P.O.S. Juniper MC closed me for lack of use, Dropped cl to 1000.00 and no rewards, wonder why it didn't get whipped out more often. I wonder if Citi is holding the card-gone-bad against me? I have a Hone Depot card with them $6000 with 0 bal. What do you think? Approved or Declined?

Wonder if I should have apped for a Chase Card. Never dealt with them.

Yup, Just got approved for 6k.

Is that a standard cl for them?

Yep, it's standard. My Citi CL is 6.3k.
