citi thank you preferred card ... does it report CL ?

Hi,

I have recieved an offer from citi thank you preferred visa card.

My question is does it report CL ? cuz it says no preset limit.

 

Any suggestions ?

Is it Visa Signature? Cause I heard those are YMMV based on the bank..

Yes it will report and there is a preset limit
