Hi everybody does citi let you pc your credit card?

From the anecdotal evidence on the boards, it is extremely difficult to PC a Citi card. What card are you trying to PC from/to?

I know you cannot PC a Citi co branded card like American or Hilton.

Just pc'd, no problem at all.  You just can't pc if you are still in the promotional term.  Easy, give them a call.
