my bill due date is the 3rd of the month for my comenity cards ... generally they update to the CB's by the 9th of the month. as of today, i still have not seen any updates to the CB's. anyone else experience this?
Comenity will not update if there is no activity on the account. If there is activity they usually take 4-5 days before it appears from day of billing.
the weird part is... there is a balance on the account... and my comenity cards are used heavily...
