I'm pretty sure they are all sub prime. I remember when I first got my credit one I called to activate it with Capital One. They are easy to get mixed up because they even have the same logo!
i always wondered that do you think credit one uses that as a ploy where maybe they get one or two people out of 100 thinking they're applying for a capital one card when they're not?

I'm sure they do. They did that to me when I was oblivious to actually 'paying attention' to what I was doing regarding credit.
