Well, I took my chances and applied for it. Instant decline.

i got decline as well, but because i already have two accounts with them

They pulled all 3.  I got denied.  I have perfect credit history and very low utilization. They gave me some lame reason like I owed too high on my mortgages. (I don't have any mortgages).

Yes, same boat as you. Let us see what kind of response they come up with when I receive the letter. Does recon work with capone? Did any one try recon with capone?

Yes, they told me to re-apply after 30 days. Another 3 pulls? I don' think so.

Odd I also have 2 accounts with them and I was approved for a 3rd one with this card

Same here-it's my 3rd Cap One card.

I had 2 cap ones accts and apped about 2 months ago and was instant approved for 1k they pulled eq and tu. ex was frozen. They had a great rewards points offer at the time so I went for it,
