Ive been kicking the can down the street for a while, Ive talked to our lawyer who told us even though you won dont do any business with them till the SOL runs out that way they cant say you confirmed the debt, we are way past that so I guess in a sick sence I miss them..... They always had the best customer service until They said I owed them something... then it was mean..... but amex FR people are the same way. I have way too much credit as it is but im addicted to this board like everyone else on here. I just dont have the will power some have, but on a brighter note im going on a physical diet tomorrow to get back in shape. maybe it wil cure this problem too

If you sued them and won then you have a much greater chance of being forever blacklisted. But you can always try and see. You'll never know otherwise.

Heck, you sued them. They may have a dartboard with your picture in the employee break room.
