If the page didn't load fully, or the right page didn't load, it's possible that your application didn't go through or that you just couldn't see the result because of the error. If you gave them an e-mail in the process, I'd wait 24 hours to see if any kind of confirmation shows up, if not, go ahead and call them to see what's going on. I've heard many good things about the CSRs for Discover, so I'm sure they'll be able to track down your application and give you its status if it was submitted.
