It's insane !! I am using my Discover IT since 2/3/2012 but my first statement is yet to be generated. You opened your account on 2/17 and already you have a statement. I wonder what Discover's policy is?. I called Discover CSR's few times and they are giving me dates like 2/26, 3/6, 3/15 all of them passed but still no sign of the satement. I did chat with CSR today and he told me that my statement will cut on 3/26. I have already charged $400 on this card and made 2 payments. May be it's YMMV thing.

For most people, its generally after the second statement when their new account reports. Like in my case, I applied and got approved on 1/26/13. My account reported on 3/10/13, a few days after my second statement closing date.

I got my card just a week after you(2/3/2013) but still there is no statement generated and I don't know when my first statement will be generated.
