discover, when to manual cli after an auto cli?

got an auto cli few weeks ago, and just hit the six marks since last manual cli. is it a good time to fire another cli? could it be soft? thanks

The automated line is always a soft until it transfers you to a rep. Then just hang up because if u made it that far it means they want a hard. YMMV
