does citi allow product changes

I was approved yesterday for an AA exec card, wondering if in 11 months I can product change or reallocate limits, or would I need to close to avoid a second AF.

Yes, they'll let you do a product change. This might be different since you have a co branded card.

I have never experienced any problems when requesting a product change.  I started with an AT&T Universal Card (MC) and then converted as follows - Citi Diamond Preferred (MC) / Citi ThankYou Preferred (WMC) / Citi Dividend (WEMC) / Citi ThankYou Premier (VI SIG).
