Re: easiest visa signature card..

Here is a list from visa: http://usa.visa.com/personal/visa-signature/apply.jsp . From that list, I think bbva or nfcu would be "easiest". But most are cobranded.if you want a flexible travel card, looking at sapphire or venture. Neither are easy.
In wallet: Ink Plus 10k, AMEX TE 25k. In bag: CSP 16k, USAA WMC 15k, Hyatt 13k, United MPE 12k, AMEX HHonors 3k. In SD: Cap 1 QS 5k, Discover IT 7k. FICO 08 says my EQ is now 844, was 510 in 2010.

Re: easiest visa signature card..

I think you really need to lay off and garden for awhile, otherwise if you're not careful you'll be stuck in "low limit hell".

This is where people find it difficult to obtain new credit because they see you have accounts with lots of other people, but none of them are at a high limit. Also they might not want to because all of those small CLs will add up, and based on your income it might be too much in total for new apps.

EX 798, EQ 789, TU 784
American Express Platinum (NPSL) || Bank of America Privileges with Travel Rewards Visa Signature - $23,200 CL
Barclays American Airlines Aviator Red World Elite Mastercard - $20,000 CL || Chase IHG Rewards World Mastercard - $25,000 CL
Chase Sapphire Preferred Visa Signature - $12,700 CL || Chase United MileagePlus Club World Elite MasterCard - $26,500 CL
Citibank Hilton Reserve Visa Signature - $20,000 CL || J.P. Morgan Ritz Carlton Visa Signature - $23,500 CL

Odd that some major banks are not on this list.   Like US Bank, Wells Fargo.
