Thanks.
myFico has a tool to search for cards that you'll have a good chance of being approved. It's a box at the top of the page that says "find savings and credit cards" give that tool a try.

Most likely $500-$1500.
If you don't have any other cards, my guess would be $300-$500. They usually issue these small amounts as part of their "credit steps" program which is supposed to get auto CLI up to a set amount ($750-$1000)? It's not a lot, but it's definitely a start.
what score should i have to get a prime card like a chase, discover ,amex or bank of america?
i have 2 years of credit history. i have a orchard bank ve bank of america secured card.3 inq and % 20 utili.
For AMEX you have to have 700. I was denied just because having a score of low 600s. Discover denies anything below 650 but may consider if your income is really good and you have no baddies. CHASE may approve if you have a checking accounts with them for long time even if your scores are low.
You can apply for Capital One QuickSilver Rewards Master Card. They renewed their old rewards card (the green one) and added .5 % cash back to it. So it will be a good start and you will earn 1.5% cash back on everything.
About retail cards: you may try JC Penny, Amazon Store Card, Paypal SmartConnect, Macys etc.
Walmart may require higher scores too
