first time Credit Card

How long have you had the car loan?   Wait it out a bit & go for a Visa or MC.... give that loan at least 6 mos of history before apping for anything.

Personally, If I were you, I'd pass on a store card if you plan on apping any time in the near future.

i have the car load for 7 month , i was thinking about doing a secure card , but from consulting some friend the told me

that Cerdit score of 632-663 will be good for applaying Capital One® Standard Platinum Credit Card will be good.

I would only apply for a capital one card if you do the pre-qual and it offers you one.
