Re: for that that really need chip and pin

Do I read this correctly:

You have until the closing date of the billing cycle to pay your entire balance each month to avoid paying interest on Purchases. This is at least 27 days from the start of each billing cycle.

Meaning, when you make a charge on the card, if that charge is allowed to show up on the following statement, then the item is charged interest at 36% APR from the day of the charge?

Edit: Meaning if you make two charges during the month, and only pay one off, both charges get interest during the month from the date they were originally charged?

Does it get worse? Smiley Surprised

Wow, "we may approve you for a card and then you can pay us $95 and we will send you a card, then charge a first year AF of $75".

On the bright side, they have to give you a $200 credit limit to fit all the fees on the card, right?

Why not? It's good practice to read the fine print Smiley Happy

Re: for that that really need chip and pin

My favorite part:

$75 processing fee (only one time, what a bargain!)

$75 annual fee

and then $75 in monthly service fees per year ($6.25 a month)

only $225 for the first year of chip and pin technology, and THEN

the fees go down to only $120 because the annual fee reduces to $45. They're so generous.

So generous that I don't feel right taking the offer, They must be losing so much money by offering it. Smiley Wink

WOW, is this for real?  You forgot the most important part! " We are one of the top 20 issuers of master card in the country",  4 Times recipient of master Cards ,"Performance

Excrllence award!' We been sticking it to you since 1929!  (sorry my little 2 cents worth!

Even though this has nothing to do with my type of profile, I hate seeing this as an offer ,praying on consumers.
