A 188-point increase in 12 months is the stuff that legends are made of! And it's a testament to your perseverance and dedication to the task. Rebuilding is a tough road sometimes but as you know, the reward is oh, so sweet! Smiley Very Happy

Thanks for the responses.  I followed members recommendations here and started with 3 secured cards while I worked on my derogs.  2 things that every rebuilder should have is patience and persistance.  Im sure I couldve hit 700's but I'd rather let that last derog fall off.  No sense in poking something that is 7 years old.  The best part other than getting collections deleted was finding out I was eligible for NFCU.

Nice work! You did what you had to and now you can get some really good cards, and you turned yourself around from having terrible credit to having decent credit now. Keep it going!

They wouldnt unsecure my secured nrewards.  Today Ive had it for a full year and they told me they no longer do it at the 12 month mark now instead they auto do it at the 13 month mark.  I got the cli on my plat. card originally was 1k limit requested 5k instant approved over the phone
