guess who closed her amex recovery card today! Strategy?

So, on 7-18 I can apply for prime AMEX cards. I'd like to get 2...either a Blue Cash or an Everyday....or both. Or would I have better chances of 1 revolver and 1 charge (green)? Is there an application strategy I should be aware of? Looking forward to some 1999 backdating action too.
AMEX Green charge NPSL | NFCU Cashrewards Visa Sig $25,000 | NFCU Navcheck $15,000 | AMEX Everyday $15,000 | Discover IT $19,000 | Amex BCP $18,000 | Cap1 Quicksilver $5000 | Firestone $2,400 I Amex Oasis Optima (recovery card) $500 (closed July 2014)
MyFICO: TU 780, EQ 785 EX 776 Discover TU FICO 780. Rebuilt from 500's....closed on home May 2015!

Charge cards are easier to get ... I would app for the Everyday first and if you get approved app for the Green charge or the Blue Cash card.

The ED/EDP cc is a revolver, not a charge card

I know that ...  2 Different sentences. Meant to just say Charge cards are easier to get. Then meant to say just go App for the Everyday card and if approved go for a Green Charge or the Blue Cash card after.

Re: guess who closed her amex recovery card today! Strategy?

I spoke to EO 3 times who confirmed its not possible, and any time I'd apply online, no credit would be pulled and I'd get the "Active recovery product" decline. a few may have fallen through cracks and been able to, however its still their policy to not do so.

Re: guess who closed her amex recovery card today! Strategy?

When you applied was it for revolver or a charge? They could have different policies depending on the card type. Anyway, I think the policy is dumb IMHO.
