household bank credit card

I have a household bank card and an orchard card.   I have had the household card since 2004 I think.  I have always gotten increases.  I think I started out at 500.00     The last two times I called for an increase I was denied for the Household card.   I now have a 1000.00 limit.   Is this the max they give??   I have never been late and usually pay to under 10%.    Anybody know??  Thanks!!

Re: household bank credit card

I have that POS household card started with a $1000 limit and still there; last time I asked for a CLI they wanted to raise it to $1200 but charge a $20 fee. Screw that no way I'm I paying for a CLI when I never carry a balance over $200 on the card.

Call them and threaten them to close the account. They will give you CLI.
