Elim... Not entirely true. I was set up on a plan monthly, and did that for a few years, then finally paid them off. It doesn't have to be twice a month. I made one payment monthly

I would imagine the interest by itself would be better than a cash advance charge on top of the normal interest.

 "2 max per month on payment plan / 2 max per year if you arent"  is what the IRS told me 5 months ago (i still owe like 15k). now i just run it through serve.
