i feel a bit cheap...

My AMEX Blue came a few weeks ago and had the member since date as 96 whereas my Green did not ('10). Feeling like this was a conflict in my wallet, I had a replacement card overnighted via the website, and viola, Green has member since 96. Talk about superficial Smiley Sad

I understand your feelings. I feel the same about some of the cards when I carry them.

How did you specify that it was the date you wanted corrected when you requested it online? The only options for reasons that I see on the the card replacement menu are Damaged, Lost, Stolen, or Did Not Receive. Thanks.

I simply selected replace damaged card and chose 1 - 2 day UPS delivery.
