i now know that i rebuilt my credit almost to the way i want it... i am glad i can walk in to almost any store and get credit if i need it. but i still get sad becuase the limits are so small sometimes. i hope in 6-12 months if/when i app for new credit from prime banks i can start getting bigger limits.

Rebuilding is a long journey. Not applying, once scores start improving, is one of the most difficult steps.

your gonna need quite a few years of history to get good starting limits. when i first started out i got 3 cards in the first year with $200-$500 limits. 6 years later i opened 2 new accounts last year and started out with $3K starting limits.
i have limits of 2.5k 1k 1.1k so i am hoping that will help soon...
