improving FICO scores??

I know that I have seen it a few times ....what works for some may not work for others...

Is it better to carry 1-9 % each month on 1 card while others show 0 then rotate them out??

Does this include store cards (i e Best Buy ) as well?/

I would think it would be better to rotate it around bankcards and leave the store cards zero'd out.
