I simply don't get preapproval offers on the internet. My actual approvals have all been exceptional APRs, though. I guess that's all that matters. Whether or not I care a balance or not -- which if it's not 0% I make a habit of NOT doing. lol

Are we talking about in mail pre approvals or the online variety at CC websites? For online sites i am getting 22.99 % apr. My credit is fairly clean so i think they throw out that number for everybody?
