does anyone have a backdoor number on kay jewelers? i applied online

with them lat week and was told they would notify me within 10-20 days

i just wanted to call them and see if they approved me or not.

When I got the 7-10 days msg, I called and asked for the credit dept(called the main # - 800.877.3616)

The person I talked to was looking at my report while on the phone.  She came back with you're approved for $5,100.  She did say she had to pull another credit report from EX(700) because my EQ(646) had a fraud alert on it.  That may have been the reason I got the msg in the first place because they are known for pulling EQ.  From what I'm reading on this site, a 7-10 days msg means they are just reviewing it and its a good chance that you will get it, because it can be denied right away.
