can anyone help with requesting a freeze on cc interest rates? any examples. i am using a GW letter to ask NFCU to freeze cc interest. open to suggestions
also what can i ask for as far as forgiving a portion of the debt?
Credit unions seem to be more understanding than most. Have you received notification that your interest rate is increasing? If so, your options should be clearly stated in the change in terms agreement. With these guys it may be as easy as picking up the phone. Is it for CC or mortgage debt?
