Re: is HSBC kidding? a $30 cli .

FYI --

I have the HSBC Direct Rewards Discover.  At the 18 month mark I got an auto-CLI from 1k to 1.5k.  Miracles do happen.

I am at 18 months with an orchard card. And the only thing i get is junk mail from them almost everyday. But on a happier note the card served its purpose. It always has a 0 bal. And i have to remember to use the card to keep it alive.

My Orchard is used for ScoreWatch only, just to keep it alive.  I've had it since May 07, no lates, and have received two CLI's, $100 each.  I called and asked for them, and was charged $10 for the last one.  CL is now $500, but I don't plan on asking them for any more.
