Honestly curious, and no offense intended, but why would you apply for any kind of credit with a frozen file?
Your file was frozen when you id the last app??

Most of the old timers know that I got the PRG just to screw with amex, aparently they like me and hate me at the same time! I have put 10k+ single charges on the PRG with no problems or hickups. But every month on the 31st day I app for the BCP and the last 5 months have been declined. This was the 6th time + 3 days lol, I was running a couple days behind. Anyways. I did it at 10am this morning and its still pending.... call it yes or no? where is duncanrr????
Good luck to you!

Mine wasn't frozen when I was applying. OP's files are frozen. Amex and citi have both cited his frozen files, and he was declined by citi because they couldn't pull anything.
So I'm just genuinely curious as to why would OP try to app or ask for CLI knowing that they will need to do a pull while his files are frozen.
I should have been more specific I know its the OP not you. I'm curious as well.
